總公司成立于1990年，是以福建省豐富的森林資源為依托，擁有3家林業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營企業(yè)，年生產(chǎn)妥爾油系列產(chǎn)品10000噸，產(chǎn)純馬尾松蒸汽法脂松香10000噸及松香改性樹脂7000噸；同時(shí)以各種方式聯(lián)營、聯(lián)辦松焦油等各類加工廠，經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)力量雄厚。為了方便中小客戶的需求，總公司已在上海，天津，深圳等地設(shè)立倉庫。

2009年2月上海分公司的正式成立，是進(jìn)一步的銜接和完善了總公司的前進(jìn)步伐，上海分公司一直以來秉承著總公司 “以誠為本，信譽(yù)至上” 的經(jīng)營理念,以品質(zhì)、價(jià)格、技術(shù)和服務(wù)贏得客戶的信賴與支持；靈敏的信息及靈活的策略,使我們不斷的成長，滿足不同客戶的需求。

The headquarters is established in 1990,which is backed by the rich forest resources in Fujian Province .It owns 3 forestry production and management enterprises which produce nearly 10 thousand tons of tall oil series of productions， pure gum rosin steamed by masson pine 1 thousand tons and modified resin rosin 7 thousand tons annually.

In February 2009, the headquarters made a further improvement and better progress by establishing a branch company in Shanghai.Guided by the "theory sincerity-oriented,reputation-first";Shanghai branch wins customers’ trust and support by providing high quality products, good price,excellent technology and service.The sensitive information and flexible strategy make us progress continuously and meet the requirements of different customers.
